Tres recetas en una!! con Jocoque de Parmalat

Cebolla, 1 u // Onion, 1u

Tomates cherry, ½ tz // Cherry tomato, ½ cup

Perejil, 1 puñado // Parsley, 1 handful

Jocoque seco de Parmalat (opción queso crema), 2 a 3 cdas //Parmalat dry jocoque (cream cheese option), 2 to 3 tbsp

Sal a gusto // Salt to taste

Pimienta a gusto // Pepper to taste

Cortar la cebolla en brunoise. Llevar a una sartén con un poco de aceite y caramelizarlas. Dejarlas cocinar bien hasta que estén bien doradas.

Por otro lado, cortar los tomatitos en rodajas y picar bien el perejil.

Mezclar todo en un bowl y agregarle el Jocoque seco de Parmalat, un kefir lleno de probióticos y altísimo en proteínas, podés usar también queso crema común. Salpimentar a gusto.

Esta preparación podés añadirla a un buen pan y hacer sanduchitos para la vianda de tus chicos; hacer tostadas y agregarles lo que quieras; y también armarte una picadita y usarlo para untar!!
