Torta de chips de chocolate con Franchu

Aceite de coco orgánico, 2 cdas // Organic coconut oil, 2 tbsp

Mantequilla de maní, 2 cdas // Peanut butter, 2 tbsp

Banana, 1 u // Banana, 1u

Kefir @lifewaykefir, ½ tz // Kefir @lifewaykefir, ½ cup

Esencia de caramelo // Caramel essence

Extracto de vainilla // Vanilla extract

Azúcar mascabo, ¼ tz // Brown sugar, ¼ cup

Huevos, 2 u // Eggs, 2u

Polvo de hornear, 1 cdta // Baking powder, 1 tsp

Harina de trigo, 1 tz // All-purpose flour, 1 cup

Chips de chocolate // Chocolate chips

Preparación

En un bowl agregar el aceite de coco, la mantequilla de maní, la banana pisada, e ir mezclando. Añadir el kefir y las esencias. Luego ir agregando el azúcar, los huevos, el polvo de hornear y la harina. Seguir batiendo hasta formar una mezcla honogénea. Por último, incorporar los chips de chocolate. Llevar a molde y a hornear a 180°C durante 25 minutos.

In a bowl, add the coconut oil, peanut butter, and mashed banana, and mix. Add the kefir and essences. Then add the sugar, eggs, baking powder and flour. Continue beating until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Finally, add the chocolate chips. Pour into mold and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
