Farmer cheese @lifewaykefir, 580 g
Kefir @lifewaykefir, 280 ml
Huevos, 4 u // Eggs, 4u
Azúcar, 150 gr // Sugar, 150g
Maicena, 6 gr // Cornstarch, 6g
Extracto de vainilla // Vanilla extract
Preparación
En una licuadora agregar el Farmer cheese de Lifeway (o queso crema), los huevos, el azúcar, el kefir y la vainilla. Licuar bien. Por último, añadir la maicena y volver a licuar. Llevar a un molde y cocinar en horno o air fryer por 50 minutos.
