Pizza con masa de zanahoria

Zanahoria, 4u o 2 tz procesada / Carrot, 4 u or 2 cup processed

Huevo, 2 u / Egg, 2u

Harina de almendras, ½ tz / Almond flour, ½ cup

Queso parmesano, ½ tz / Parmesan cheese, ½ cup

Sal a gusto / Sal to taste

Pimienta, 1 cdta / Pepper, 1 tsp

Para armar la pizza: / To assemble the pizza:

Salsa de tomate / Tomato sauce

Queso mozzarella / Mozzarella cheese

Rúcula o radicheta / Arugula or radicheta

Lavar y pelar las zanahorias. Cortar en cubos y procesar muy bien hasta que quede una especie de pasta de zanahoria.

Añadir la zanahoria en un bowl junto con los huevos, la harina y el queso parmesano. Condimentar con la sal y la pimienta. Mezclar bien.

En una fuente apta para horno, sobre un papel manteca esparcir la mezcla, colocar por encima otro pedazo de papel y estirar con palote.

Llevar a horno y cocinar

Armar la pizza con salsa de tomate y queso y llevar nuevamente a horno. Agregar hojas de rúcula o radicheta fresca y listo!

Puedes armar tu pizza a gusto con los ingredientes y toppings que prefieras.

Instructions

Wash and peel the carrots. Cut into cubes and process very well until a kind of carrot paste is left.

Add the carrot in a bowl along with the eggs, flour and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

In a baking dish, spread the mixture on a parchment paper, place another piece of paper on top and stretch with a stick.

Bake and cook

Assemble the pizza with tomato sauce and cheese and return to the oven. Add arugula leaves or fresh radicheta and voila!

You can assemble your pizza to taste with the ingredients and toppings that you prefer.
