Huevos, 4 u (divididas las yemas de las claras)
Agua caliente, 1 cda
Extracto de vainilla, 1 cdta
Manteca/Mantequilla, 125 gr
Azúcar, 125 gr
Leche, 500 ml
Harina común, 115 gr
En un bowl mezclar las yemas, con el agua caliente, la harina, la leche templada, el azúcar y el extracto de vainilla. Batir bien y una vez que esté todo integrado, agregar la manteca derretida pero no caliente.
Por otro lado, batir las claras de huevo a punto de nieve e integrarlas a la preparación anterior con movimientos envolventes sin que se bajen las claras.
Verter la mezcla en un molde y llevar a horno a 150°C durante 80 minutos aproximadamente.
Una vez haya enfriado, desmoldar, cortar en cuadritos y espolvorear con azúcar glass.
