Pan Naan





Harina de trigo, 500 gr / All-purpose flour, 3 cup

Sal, 8 gr / Salt, 1 tsp

Levadura seca, 8 gr / Dry yeast, 1 tsp

Aceite de oliva, 3 cdas / Olive oil, 3 tbsp

Yogurt natural o griego, 1 tz / Yogurt or greek yogurt, 1 cup

Leche, 1 tz / Milk, 1 cup


En un bowl agregar la harina y la sal. Mezclar.

Luego, incorporar la levadura, el aceite, el yogurt y la leche en dos tandas. Mezclar brevemente ayudándose de una cuchara.

Ahora, llevar la masa a la superficie de trabajo y amasar hasta que se forme un bollo bien húmedo y esponjoso.

Dejar levar tapado hasta que duplique su tamaño.

Una vez pasado el tiempo de lavado, dividir la masa en pedazos pequeños, bollarlos y estirarlos hasta que resulte una tortilla fina.

Cocinar por ambos lados en una sartén bien caliente con manteca.

Once the washing time has elapsed, divide the dough into small pieces, roll them and stretch them until a thin tortilla is obtained. Cook on both sides in a very hot pan with butter.
