Ajo, 3 dientes // Garlic, 3 cloves
Perejil, 1 puñado // Parsley, 1 handsful
Huevos, 4 u // Eggs, 4u
Kefir, 1 chorro // Kefir, 1 splash
Mostaza, 1 cda // Mustard, 1 tbsp
Parmesano a gusto // Parmesan to taste
Sal, 1 cda // Salt, 1 tbsp
Especias y hierbas a gusto // Spices and herbs to tast
Ralladura de limón, ½ u // Lemon zest, ½ u
Harina de trigo, 2 tzs // All-purpose flour, 2 cups
Pan rallado, 2 tzs // Breadcrumbs, 2 cups
Mozzarella a gusto // Mozzarella to taste
Salsa de tomate a gusto //Tomato sauce to taste
Carne para milanesa, 1 kg //Milanese meat, 2 lb

Cortar el ajo y el perejil.
En un bowl agregar los huevos, el kefir, la mostaza, la sal, las especias a gusto, el parmesano y el perejil con ajo. Batir muy bien.
Pasar la carne por harina y luego llevar a la mezcla de huevos. Dejar marinar en heladera.
Luego, empanar con pan rallado. Cocinar en horno o fritas.
Ahora añadir por encima la salsa y la mozzarella. Llevar a horno nuevamente hasta que derrita.
Acompañar con un buen puré de papas con mucha manteca!!!!
