En un bowl unir todos los ingredientes hasta formar un bollo. Tapar y dejar levar hasta que duplique su tamaño. Bajar la masa a la superficie de trabajo y cortar en tiritas, estirarlas con la mano y colocarles semillas de sésamo por encima (opcional) y llevarlas a una placa con papel manteca y hornear a 150°C durante una hora.
