Huevos, 2 u / Eggs, 2u
Mantequilla de almendras, 1 cda / Almond butter, 1 tbsp
Endulzante, 3 sobres / Sweetener, 3 sachets
Harina de almendras, castañas y nueces, ½ tz / Almond, chestnut and walnut flour, ½ cup
Polvo de hornear, 1 cdta / Baking powder, 1 tsp
Cacao, 1 cda / Bitter cocoa, 1 tbsp
Leche de Almendras, 1 chorrito / Almond milk, 1 splash
En un recipiente apto para microondas, batir los huevos junto con la mantequilla de almendras y el endulzante.
Por otro lado, mezclar los secos, es decir, la harina, el polvo de hornear y el cacao.
Unificar ambas preparaciones y añadirle un poco de leche para que sea más cremoso.
Llevar a microondas durante 3 minutos. Bañarlo con salsa de chocolate, cortar en cuadritos y disfrutar!!
