Procesar la manzana con un poco de agua hasta formar un puré. Añadir el huevo y sin dejar de batir incoporar el cacao, el polvo de hornear, el café y la vainilla.
Verter la mezcla en un recipiente apto para microondas y añadirle chips de chocolate. Cocinar tres minutos en microondas. Listo!!!
