Madeleines



Huevos, 2 u // Eggs, 2u

Yema de huevo, 1 u // Egg yolk, 1u

Azúcar, 100 gr // Sugar, 100g

Extracto de vainilla, 1 cdta // Vanilla extract, 1 tsp

Ralladura de naranja, 1 u // Orange zest, 1u

Harina de trigo, 100 gr // All-purpose flour, 100g

Manteca-Mantequilla, 100 gr // Butter, 100g

Polvo de hornear, 1 cdta // Baking powder, 1 tsp

Miel, 1 cdta // Honey, 1 tsp


Agregar los huevos y la yema en un bowl junto con el azúcar. Batir bien hasta espumar.

Agregar la vainilla, la ralladura de naranja y la miel.

Ahora, añadir la harina -tamizándola- y el polvo de hornear. Incorporarla con espátula.

Por último, agregar la manteca derretida y mezclar bien.

Agregar la mezcla a un molde de silicona y hornear a 180°C durante 10 minutos hasta que doren.

Instructions

Add the eggs and yolk in a bowl along with the sugar. Beat well until foamy. Add the vanilla, orange zest and honey. Now, add the flour - sifting it - and the baking powder. Incorporate it with a spatula. Finally, add the melted butter and mix well. Add the mixture to a silicone mold and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes until golden brown.
