Chocolate, 1 tableta // Chocolate, 1 tablet //
Frutillas/Fresas, 1 puñado o a gusto // Strawberries, 1 handful or to taste
Yogurt, 1 tz // Yogurt, 1 cup
Endulzante monk fruit, 1 cda // Monk fruit, 1 tbsp
Esencia de caramelo Prozis // Prozis Caramel Essence
Picar y derretir el chocolate. Cortar las frutillas en trocitos chiquitos. Reservar.
En unos vasitos plásticos agregar el chocolate derretido y distribuirlo por todo el interior y los bordes. Retirar el excedente, volteando el vasito en el bowl con el resto de chocolate. Dejar secar.
En un bowl mezclar el yogurt con el endulzante, yo uso monk fruit, pero puedes usar stevia. Añadir la esencia de caramelo, yo uso la de Prozis. Incorporar la frutilla picada y mezclar muy bien.
Agregar esta mezcla a los vasitos de chocolate. Colocar palitos de helado dentro y llevar a frío hasta que tomen la consistencia deseada. Esto va a tomar unas cuantas horas.

Chop and melt the chocolate. Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Reserve.
In small plastic cups, add the melted chocolate and distribute it throughout the interior and edges. Remove the excess, turning the glass into the bowl with the rest of the chocolate. Let dry.
In a bowl mix the yogurt with the sweetener, I use monk fruit, but you can use stevia. Add the caramel essence, I use the one from Prozis. Add the chopped strawberry and mix very well.
Add this mixture to the chocolate glasses. Place ice cream sticks inside and refrigerate until they reach the desired consistency. This is going to take a few hours.
