Ganache de chocolate blanco y queso crema // White chocolate and cream cheese ganache



Chocolate blanco, 180 gr // White chocolate, 180 g

Crema de leche, 200 ml // Heavy cream, 200 ml

Queso crema, 170 gr // Cream cheese, 170 g


Derretir el chocolate junto con la crema de leche.

Por otro lado, ablandar el queso crema.

Incorporar todo muy bien, cuidando que no queden grumos. Pueden usar una mini pimer.

Llevar a heladera durante 24 horas y listo!!
